Self-Funded Visiting Program Application

Important Dates

• Application Deadline: Sep. 30
• Result Notification: early December
• Semester Period: Feb. 15 – June 4, 2027

Application Process 

1. Register: Create an account and start your application via the official online portal.
2. Upload Documents: Submit all required materials (see below).
3. Processing: Applications will NOT be processed until all required documents are successfully uploaded and submitted.
4. Results: The result will be released around early December, and the students will be informed to log in to the system and check their admission status. Students must complete the online confirmation during the designated period before an official Admission Letter can be issued.

Required Documents

1. Application Form: Download from the portal; must be signed by both the applicant and the home institution's program coordinator.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Official Enrolment Letter: Provided by your home institution, or a valid student card with an expiration date.
4. Passport: Must have at least 6 months of validity.
5. Study Plan: Including your motivation for study and courses offered by the host department
6. Official Transcript: In English or Chinese (approved by your home institution).
7. Other Supporting Documents: Optional, but a big plus for your application.
