2026 Fall Semester - Inbound Exchange Program Program Application Guide

Dear Students,

Warm greetings from NYCU!

We are pleased to share the application guidelines for the 2026 Fall semester inbound exchange program. Before proceeding with the application, please carefully review our [Fact Sheet (AY2026/2027)].

Note: This system is exclusively for students nominated by our partner institutions. If you are an independent applicant, please refer to our [Inbound Visiting Program (Self-Funded)] instead.

Important Dates

• Nomination Deadline: March 30, 2026
• ​Application Deadline: April 15, 2026
• ​Result Notification: Early June 2026 
• ​Fall Semester Period: September 1 – December 18, 2026

Required Documents for Application

Please ensure the following documents are prepared for submission:

1. Application Form: Both the applicant and the home university coordinator need to sign on the last page.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Study Plan: Including your motivation for study and a tentative list of courses.
4. Official Transcript: In English or Chinese (approved by your home institution).
5. Official Enrolment Letter: Provided by your home institution, or a valid student card with an expiration date.
6. Passport: Must have at least 6 months of validity.
7. Optional: Recommendation Letter from the home institution, Other supporting documents.

Application Process & Results

• Processing: Applications will not be processed until all required documents are successfully uploaded and submitted.
• Admission Letters: The result will be released around early June, and the students will be informed to log in to the system and check their admission status. After students' confirmation, the Admission Letters will be provided to the partner institutions' coordinator. 

Important Reminders

1. College of Management: Enrollment is restricted to final-year undergraduate students, Master's, or Ph.D. students.
2. Course Timetable: Finalized course schedules for each semester are released two months prior to the start of the term.
